With festive art on the front and back, our semi-custom tags are the best way to make your mark! While the art will remain exactly the same, we will add any name or short greeting to the tags for you. Simply leave the personalization request in the box below exactly as you want it to appear on the tags. Proofs will NOT be sent! Please doublecheck all spelling, capitalization, punctuation, etc.

*A note on monogram etiquette: with this design, we recommend a simple three-letter monogram. In this format, your last initial would be displayed in the middle. The samples pictured are for someone with the name "Sarah Underwood Harris" or "Brittany Nicole Fuson". Please list your monogram in the order it will appear (ex: SHU, BFN)
